SALM BREWMATIC 06:
Since 2003 the world wide unique fullautomatic brewhouse control system is in operation,
since 2005 another system works at Tivoli Park in Copenhagen. So far it was not imaginable
to have a "thinking" brewhouse control system, which is able to process even the
most suffisticated multimashprocesses, at always the same perfect quality, punctually and
always with the accurate output volume. At the present time there is brewery plant number
2 under installation in Copenhagen. Our "frequent customer" Ole Strecker will
receive also this plant with this full automatic system. There will be only one brewmaster
running both plants, with SALM BREWMATIC 06 full automatic system - no problem. With the
remote monitoring system we "observe" the brewmaster George Lassacher from time
to time.Boom of orders at SALM:
Since November 2005 it became very noise at SALM. Order by order are comming in and it
looks, that quality, dependability, life span, energy saving and our perfect service are
becomming more and more important for our customers.
Almost at the same time, installations have to be done in Baku (Azerbadjan), Copenhagen
(Denmark), Alpbach (Austria) and Minsk (Belarus). In addition to that plants have to be
manufactured for Kursk (Russia), Korea and Moscow (Russia) and all these plants have to go
into operation by the end of this year.
Ole Strecker goes SALM:
He is one of the best experts in restaurant business of Denmark. His concepts for the
restaurant business guarantee packed bars and his "empire" counts 11 locations.
Already his first restaurant brewery became a sensation, located in the middle of Tivoli
Park of Copenhagen. And now number 2 is on its way, just 200m away. Next to the
sensational Lager Beers also Ales will be produced. The scare of the "foaming"
competitors rises day by day, knowing, that they will have nothing on their hands to
compete in terms of beer quality.
Bremaster George Lassacher, wo already had a perfect experience with a SALM plant in Seoul
Korea, will now "care" for two SALM-plants in Copenhagen. We made his life
easier, two full automatic control systems will ease the work. Because George needs to
"educate" interested beer drinkers, that will take time..
