Salm manufactures a small series of most wanted brewery versions and brewery sizes on stock to shorten delivery times and to compensate sometimes dramatic price increases of steanless steel products.

Currently we do have these plants available, which will be available after the Exhibition BRAU 2007 in Nuernberg/Germany.

SUPER ECO 5hl Brewhouse (EC052SC2A)
One of the most beautiful looking brewhouses, 5hl batch size, Super-Eco-Version with high speed lautering system, fully copper coated, working platform in finest ceramic finish, currently equiped with an thermo electrical remote heating system (no steam necessary, SALM-Patent), Computersystem Salm Brewmatic 02.
This brewhouse can be completed with any UNI-tank configuration up to 1500hl/year.
Current delivery time of total plant is 3 months, heating system is suitable for GUS-countries and certified with TUV and RosTest

ECO 10hl complete Brewery (EC102C2A-3000)
This plant has been manufactured for a project in Moscow, since the financing is still uncertain, this complete plant is now made available for other customers and is completed with 9 pcs UNI-20hl for an annual capacity of 3000hl based on 6 brews per week. This plant can be completed with Salm Remote Heating system on electrical basis, gas or LPG.
Current delivery time of total plant is 2-3 months, is certified with TUV and RosTest
