On June 6th Cuba´s first Micro Brewery has been opened in the old Town of Havanna, on Plaza Vieja. The unique place is now the new Hotspot of Cuba´s Day- and Nightlife. Moderate prices, perfect beer and phantastic athmosphere are inviting. The on premises brewed beers are produced under strict supervision by SALM BRÄU Vienna-Austria. All rawmaterials are delivered from Austria, the perfect soft brewing water is been delivered from outside of Havanna. The good relationship between the Cuban and Austria Government as well as the close relationship between Salm and several ministeries of Cuba have been the basis to start this cooperation. This Brewery Restaurant is primilary for the Cuban People but many diplomatic organisations and representations are expected soon to enjoy the phenomenal beer quality and enjoy to be in Cuba´s only place, where you can drink the natural unfiltered fresh beer directly from the beer tanks.
